GIGABYTE delights Bangalore based Channel Partners

Recently, Bengaluru-based channel partners of GIGABYTE Technology took a welcome break at a delightful resort. The icing on the cake was that these partners were with their family members to enjoy an eventful and entertaining day at the picturesque resort in Bidadi, about 30 kilometres away from the Silicon Valley of India.

GIGABYTE India hosts Power Conclave 2013

GIGABYTE Technology (India) has organized an interactive meet named Power Conclave 2013 with select PC Enthusiasts / Power Users in Mumbai on September 14, 2013. The GIGABYTE Power Conclave 2013 will primarily focus on the features and technologies of GIGABYTE 8 Series Motherboards, which support Intel 4th generation Core processors.

The meet started with a Skype video interaction with GIGABYTE’s Overlocking evangelist, Hi. Cookie. Another highlight of the event, was an Extreme Overclocking session with Indian Overclocker, Harshal Tank to demonstrate his OC skills.

GIGABYTE to augment Post-Sales Service in India

In order to ensure support to both customers and channel partners, GIGABYTE Technology (India) has moved its Toll-Free Helpline Number (1800-22-0966) in-house. As a result, the company has removed its previous helpline number which was outsourced to its national service partner, Accel Frontline.

This in-house Toll-Free number is operational from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm, Monday to Friday, with the exception of national and public holidays. It is open to any kind of pre-sales and post-sales queries regarding GIGABYTE motherboards, including service and technical support.

GIGABYTE commences Training Programme for Resellers, SIs in India

GIGABYTE has launched GA-X79S-UP5-WI-FI motherboard for “Do it Yourself” (DIY) PC users to ensure them to benefit from enterprise-class hardware to build their own high-end workstation.
