Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL) is believed to set up a call centre in West Bengal for registration of complaints by its landline and broadband users.
Somnath Maity, CGM BSNL (Calcutta Telephones) said, “BSNL has geared up to streamline and resolve complaints issues with a new call centre specifically for landline and broadband subscribers. By end of July, we will have one call centre for entire West Bengal for landline and broadband subscribers. Similarly, call centres for other states will also come up. The centralised call centre can sort out problems of any subscriber irrespective of circle he belongs to in Bengal.”
