DIGISOL has rolled out its nationwide extensive Events series. This year events series is said to cater to various target audiences which includes SI/Resellers and will also have separate programs to engage with its Enterprise Customers. This is in continuation of last year event series called ‘nexTech 2011’. This year the event series explores a journey of active networking industry for the future. The Phase- I of one-day seminar started from 12th July from the city of nawabs – Lucknow and ultimately will cover more than 100 cities across the country in the coming months. These events are categorized as “nexTech 2012” targeted towards reseller community, “SEP 2012” which is a System Integrator Training Events, “nexPlus 2012” a System Integrator Engagement program and “nexTrends 2012” the End User Events.

GIGABYTE has completed two phases of a pan-India initiative to train its Value Partners, on the new Intel X79 chipset-based GIGABYTE motherboards that support the second-Generation Intel Core i7 processor family for high-end desktops.
The training programme was jointly conducted by GIGABYTE and Intel personnel for the benefit of GIGABYTE Value Partners, comprising mostly System Integrators (SIs), at more than 30 venues across metro, Tier-2 and also Tier-3 locations. The programme focussed training on the GIGABYTE X79 series motherboards that feature new GIGABYTE 3D Power application, based on a 3-way Digital Power Engine for both the PWM and memory, and the new GIGABYTE UEFI Dual BIOS technology.
While Intel conducted training sessions on the second-generation, Intel Core i7 processors bring a number of new enthusiast-class features to Intel’s latest extreme platform. Featuring the new LGA 2011 socket and based on the latest updated micro-architecture, these new processors feature up to six cores with up to 15MB L3 cache and four-channel DDR3 memory.

HCL Learning has announced the commencement of the “Learning Conclave for Progressive Schools”. The programme has begun from December 2011 and will cover numerous schools, colleges and coaching institutes across various cities across the country. The programme will be activated as specific events in each city wherein representatives from various educational institutions will congregate and discuss on the usage of IT in the field of education. The events will be held in Mumbai, Jaipur, Mysore and Allahabad and also in places like Kurukshetra, Kota, Bhatinda, Bokaro, Mallapuram and Belgaum, Shillong and many others.
The Conclave for Progressive Schools will be spread across three phases. In the first phase, the event would be held in around 100 cities in the first two months ending January 2012. This would be followed by phases two and three ending in April 2012, respectively.
