NetApp has announced plans to strengthen its base and accelerate growth in the Ahmedabad market. The decision is a strategic move to capture market share in the growing Tier-II cities across India. Emerson Network Power (NYSE:EMR) has announced that it will reward its Network Solution Partners (NSPs) and Value Added Resellers (VARs) in India under the “Fab Feb” channel scheme on achieving pre-determined sales targets of UPS systems during February 2013.
“Fab Feb” is a monthly scheme running throughout February 2013. Under the scheme, channel partners will have the freedom to choose their target slabs and take home gifts of their choice on achieving them.
Channel partners that consistently deliver on their target slabs chosen in December 2012 and January 2013, will also stand to win additional gifts in the form of a loyalty bonus under the “Fab Feb” scheme.

AT-7300 is powered by Intel Core i3-3217U dual core 1.8GHz processor without the turbo button, AT-7500 is powered by Intel Core i5-3217U dual-core 1.7GHz processor with the turbo of about 2.6G and the AT-7700 is powered by Intel Core i7-3217U dual core 1.9GHz processor with the turbo of about 3G. Dell has announced the winners of the Dell Education Challenge (DEC). It is a global competition for university students with entrepreneurial ideas to improve education, both in and out of the classroom.
The team comprising two Indian students, Sonali Gupta from Manipal Institute of Technology and Priyadeep Sinha from Indira Gandhi National Open University, was adjudged the first runner-up for its project Gyan (Knowledge) Lab and awarded a cash prize of $5,000. This team was among the four finalists who travelled to Dell World to compete for a $10,000 grand prize and other support to advance their innovative ideas.
