SightLogix has announced the appointment of TaylorLong & Associates, Inc. as its manufacturer’s representative for the Northwest U.S. region.

Sightlogix CEO to Moderate Panel @ SIA Government Summit

John Romanowich, President and CEO of SightLogix, Inc., has announced that he will moderate a panel discussion on critical infrastructure protection at the 2012 Government Summit presented by the Security Industry Association (SIA) June 19-20 in Washington, D.C.

 

Speakers for the panel include Charles Chambers Sr., Vice President, National Safe Skies Alliance, Inc.; William Flynn, Deputy Assistant Secretary, DHS Office of Infrastructure Protection; and John Moteff of the Congressional Research Service.

 

“Securing perimeters around critical assets is gaining attention across all sectors of the market, including energy, transportation and utilities. SightLogix rolls out Thermal SightSensor

SightLogix has announced SightSensor that takes thermal video analytics to mainstream pricing. New precision video analytics is said to deliver more accurate detection in difficult outdoor environments, while image contrast enhancement technology provides clear, detailed thermal images both night and day.

Cost-effective for both shorter (90m) and longer (600m) ranges, the new SightSensor outdoor thermal camera leverages on-board video processing for high Probability of Detect (PD) and low Nuisance Alarm Rates (NAR) while providing clear images night and day.
